Gurukrupa Cotgin Private Limited
A modern cotton house in the Vidarbha cotton belt, integrated from kapas to bale to oil, delivering consistent quality season after season.
An integrated cotton house, built on trust
Gurukrupa Cotgin Private Limited is a family-run cotton ginning, pressing and oil milling enterprise in the heart of India's cotton belt. Since 2008 we have worked hand-in-hand with growers, traders and spinning mills, turning raw seed cotton into clean lint, quality bales, consistent wash oil and fresh cake.
Our strength is integration: we control the crop's journey from the field to the finished product, so quality, traceability and value stay in our hands at every stage. And beyond our own production, an active trading desk in seed, bales, oil and cake keeps us in the market every single day.

From seed cotton to finished oil
Every kilogram of kapas passes through a controlled, quality-checked journey across our ginning and oil-milling lines.
Sourcing & Grading
Kapas procured from farmers and traders across India, then checked for moisture, trash and staple quality before intake.
Ginning
Modern double-roller gins separate fibre (lint) from seed cleanly, protecting staple length and strength.
Pressing & Baling
Lint is pressed into uniform, fully-pressed bales (~165 kg) ready for spinning mills across 10+ states.
Oil Milling
Cottonseed is cleaned and crushed; the oil is washed and settled to a consistent wash-oil grade, and fresh cake is bagged for feed.
Cake and seed find full use along the way, and our trading desk keeps every product moving. Nothing goes to waste.
Our product range
A full basket from the cotton crop: fibre, seed, wash oil and Gokul Guy cake.
Cotton Bales (Lint)
Fully-pressed, uniform cotton bales with low trash and consistent staple, checked and graded by hand and trusted by spinning mills across 10+ states.
Cotton Seed
Cotton seed sale and purchase: seed from our own ginning and from the market, supplied to crushers and traders on demand.
Cottonseed Wash Oil
Expeller-pressed cottonseed wash oil, washed and settled for consistency, supplied in tankers to refiners and industrial buyers.
Cottonseed Oil Cake
Fresh expeller cake sold under our brand Gokul Guy: an energy-rich feed for dairy cattle, supplied to wholesalers in ~50 kg bags.
Three generations, one promise

Shri Prakash Nathulal Agrawal
Shri Saurabh Agrawal
This company began with two young men who learned the cotton trade from the floor up. In 2007 they built our plant; by 2008 the first bales rolled out. One founder, Late Shri Vishal Ramdas Vajani, is no longer with us, but his rule runs every machine in this yard: deal fairly, and quality follows. When you work with us, you work with a family that stakes its name on every dispatch.
Our Farmers, Our Family
Every bale we press begins in a farmer's field. For generations, the growers of Vidarbha have trusted us with their crop, and we work every day to deserve it.
Transparent Weighing
Every lot of kapas weighed on calibrated electronic scales, in front of the farmer.
Prompt Payment
Fast, honest settlement: most lots the same day, every lot within days.
Guidance & Support
Practical advice on seed, picking and moisture, so better quality earns better rates.
Nothing Goes to Waste
Fibre becomes cloth, seed becomes oil, cake feeds cattle. The whole boll is honoured.
“When the farmer prospers, the mill prospers. That is the order we never forget.”
A legacy woven in cotton
Both founders work job-work in the cotton trade, learning ginning from the floor up.
