Gurukrupa Cotgin Private Limited is a family-run cotton ginning, pressing and oil milling enterprise in the heart of India's cotton belt. Since 2008 we have worked hand-in-hand with growers, traders and spinning mills, turning raw seed cotton into clean lint, quality bales, consistent wash oil and fresh cake.
Our strength is integration: we control the crop's journey from the field to the finished product, so quality, traceability and value stay in our hands at every stage. And beyond our own production, an active trading desk in seed, bales, oil and cake keeps us in the market every single day.

From seed cotton to finished oil
Every kilogram of kapas passes through a controlled, quality-checked journey across our ginning and oil-milling lines.

Sourcing & Grading
Kapas procured from farmers and traders across India, then checked for moisture, trash and staple quality before intake.

Ginning
Modern double-roller gins separate fibre (lint) from seed cleanly, protecting staple length and strength.
- 03
Pressing & Baling
Lint is pressed into uniform, fully-pressed bales (~165 kg) ready for spinning mills across 10+ states.
- 04
Oil Milling
Cottonseed is cleaned and crushed; the oil is washed and settled to a consistent wash-oil grade, and fresh cake is bagged for feed.
Cake and seed find full use along the way, and our trading desk keeps every product moving. Nothing goes to waste.

A legacy woven in cotton
- Early Years
Both founders work job-work in the cotton trade, learning ginning from the floor up.
- 2007
Construction of the ginning plant begins at Kankati, Wardha.
- 2008
Ginning production begins; oil mill work starts the same year.
- 2008–09
Oil mill production begins. Integrated almost from day one.

24 DRs, 9 Oil Expellers, 250+ bales a day, buyers in 10+ states.

Oil Mill
9 Oil Expellers with washing and settling lines, crushing 100+ tonnes of cottonseed and dispatching 20+ tonnes of wash oil and 80+ tonnes of Gokul Guy cake, every day of the season.
Grading & Checking
Every lot of kapas, lint, oil and cake is checked by hand by experienced graders before dispatch. 100%, no exceptions.
Warehousing & Storage
Covered warehousing for kapas, bales and seed, keeping stock dry and protected across the crop cycle.
Logistics & Dispatch
Weighbridge and loading bays for smooth inbound kapas and timely outbound dispatch of bales, oil and cake.
